DULUTH — 5 folks, all believed to be associated, have been discovered useless in a house within the East Hillside neighborhood Wednesday afternoon.
The state of affairs started simply after 11 a.m., when Hermantown cops responded to a welfare verify of a person in Hermantown, based on a press launch from the Duluth Police Division. The person’s residence was checked, however police have been unable to contact the particular person.
Hermantown police contacted Duluth police with data that led to a home on the 700 block of East twelfth Avenue in Duluth.
